Kaya Groove is a project exclusively dedicated to niche electronic music (Afro House / Afro Tech). We DO NOT perform at weddings, baptisms (cumătrii), or similar private family gatherings.

We accept bookings exclusively for clubs, festivals, corporate showcases, and open-air public or private events with a minimum capacity of 30-40 guests.

01. What musical genres does Kaya Groove play?
We specialize exclusively in Afro House and Afro Tech, blending ancestral rhythms, organic percussions, and modern synthesized electronic elements at the highest level.
02. Do you accept booking requests for weddings or traditional family parties?
No. Our musical identity and performance concept do not align with weddings, baptisms, or private family celebrations. We reserve the right to decline these requests immediately.
03. What is the minimum guest requirement to book Kaya Groove?
We perform at corporate events, club nights, or open conceptual parties that gather a minimum of 30-40 guests to ensure the energy and vibe fit our ritual.

05. Do all four DJs (KΛRIBÜ, DruX, GRXUR, KVITXLL) perform at every event?
Depending on the contract and venue, we can perform as a full collective Back-to-Back (Collective Showcase) or send specific residents. The lineup is finalized during the email booking process.
06. What are your mandatory technical requirements (Technical Rider)?
We require professional top-tier gear, such as Pioneer CDJ-3000 / CDJ-2000NXS2 players, a professional mixer (Pioneer DJM-A9 / V10 or Allen & Heath), and high-fidelity stage monitors. The complete rider is provided upon contract signing.
07. Do you supply the sound and lighting equipment for corporate events?
Kaya Groove provides artistic performance services only. However, we work with trusted audio-visual partners and can logistically assist the organizer in renting the perfect sound system for our genre.
08. How long is a typical Kaya Groove set?
Our standard sets run between 2 to 4 hours. For marathon club nights or music festivals, we can curate extended showcases based on a progressive, deep dynamic.
09. Are you available for bookings in other cities or international travel?
Yes, we travel both nationwide and internationally. In these cases, the organizer is fully responsible for covering all travel, accommodation, and catering expenses on top of the artistic fee.
10. How far in advance should we secure a date in your calendar?
To guarantee the collective's availability, we highly recommend submitting your inquiry at least 4-6 weeks before the planned date of your corporate event or club night.
11. Can we find your original tracks on streaming platforms?

12. Can we use your music in commercial ads or promotional videos?
For any commercial use, broadcasting rights, or audio-video synchronization of Kaya Groove productions, you must request written permission at: info@kayagroove.com.
13. How does your merch drop system ("1 of 1 Unit") work?
Every t-shirt or hoodie in our collection is unique. We use a system where the digital tribal graphic applied to the clothing is never reprinted. You buy an absolutely exclusive piece.

For us, an event is not just a party, but a communal ritual built on the hypnotic connection between raw sub-bass beats and the crowd, elevated by immersive visuals and clean stage designs.
15. What are the accepted payment methods for corporate events?
We operate strictly under legitimate, signed contracts. Payments are processed via bank wire transfer based on the issued tax invoice, with a mandatory upfront deposit required to secure the date.
